We will accept merchandise for return/credit within 7 days of the delivery date. The merchandise must be in new and in unused condition and in the original packaging. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. The re-stocking fee will be waived if the customer chooses a gift certificate for store credit. Shipping cost are non refundable.
Absolutely no returns/refunds on pre-order deposits or special orders.
Please Email ahead for a return Authorization to get a RMA number. Packages without a valid assigned RAM# clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused to the carrier. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to RREmodels.com in any way.
All returns must be authorized by us via email or phone prior to sending back. If your order is shipped free due to our special promotions, the actual shipping fess will be deducted from your refund/credit.
We will accept RMA's up to 10 days after an RMA# is issued.
